Ivan weighs 2000 pounds and is an honest 19 hands tall without shoes. He is our tallest horse and will probably outweigh Jack when he is fully mature.

During the spring, summer and fall of 2023 Ivan took his place as a full-fledged working horse here at Hermann Farm. He may be younger, but when it comes to pulling a load, he is all business. He was powerful on the plow, dazzling on the disc, handy with the harrow and courageous with the Carriage. He did not cultivate or plant this year, but he has definitely done his share of the work.

When you come to visit Ivan you will see that everything about him is larger, including his personality.
